市民講座「楽しいフィリピン料理教室」(11月18日)

11月18日(土)午後1時30分から、市民講座「楽しいフィリピン料理教室」を開催しました。

日本語教室に参加してくれているサンチアゴ・バンビさんを講師に迎え、小学生から大人まで13人の方と一緒に「ココナッツ・マカロン」を作りました。

材料を熱を加えながら混ぜて、型に入れてオーブンで焼き上げます。

今回は、皆さんで焼き立てを頬張ることができました。

今後も料理教室をやる予定ですので、お楽しみに♪

On Saturday 18 November, from 1:30pm, a citizens’ lecture, ‘Fun Filipino Cooking Class’, was held.

Santiago Bambi, a participant in the Japanese language class, was the instructor and made ‘coconut macaroons’ with 13 people, from elemetary school students to adults.

The ingredients are mixed with heat, placed in moulds and baked in the oven.

This time, everyone enjoyed the freshly baked treats.

Thank you to everyone who took part.

We are planning to do more cooking classes in the future, so look forward to it 🙂
