3月5日(土)午後7時から、45回目の日英オンライン交流会がありました。
10名の参加者が2つのグループに分かれ、「あなたの好きなモットー/座右の銘は何ですか？それは誰の言葉で、好きな理由も教えて下さい。」など、事前に与えられたテーマを基本に、日本語で20分、英語で20分、自由に話しました。

終了後、参加者の一人のゆみこさん主催で「プチ文化交流会」がありました。ひし餅について学び、日本人でも知らないこともありビックリでした。

On 5 March, from 7pm, we hold the 45th Ena Language Exchange.
10 participants were divided into 2 groups and talked freely for 20 minutes in Japanese and 20 minutes in English, based on the themes given to them in advance, such as “What is your favorite motto? Whose word is this and why?” At the end of the session, we took a photo with a big smile, as we always do. After the regular session, Yumiko, one of the participants, organized “Petit Cultural Exchange” so those who were interested joined. We learned Hishi-mochi, diamond-shape rice cake, and we as Japanese were surprised to find something we didn’t know.
