11月12日午後1時30分から、市民講座「楽しいブラジル料理教室」を開催しました。
協会サポーターの日系ブラジル人土屋ダニエラ真由美さんを講師に迎え、8人の方と一緒にブラジルの庶民の味「パステル」を作りました。
２種類の具を準備して、小麦粉の皮で包みます。
サッと揚げて完成！
参加してくださった皆さん、ありがとうございました。
今後も料理教室をやる予定ですので、お楽しみに♪
On 12 November, from 1:30pm, a citizens’ lecture entitled ‘Fun Brazilian Cooking Class’ was held.
Ms Tsuchiya Daniela Mayumi, a Japanese-Brazilian supporter of EIEA, was the instructor, and she cooked ‘pastel’, a common Brazilian food with 8 participants.
Prepare two types of filling, wrap them in a flour skin and a quick fry. That’s all!

We are planning to hold more cooking classes in the future, wait and see♪
