第3回本部役員会&調査報告会(12月11日)

12月11日午後1時から、令和6年度第3回本部役員会が開催されました。会場はいつもと場所が違い、恵那市消防防災センターでした。ポーランド渡航報告を中心に30分程度で終了。
午後2時から、休眠預金事業で行ったインタビュー調査の報告会でした。
恵那市や近隣の土岐市や可児市だけでなく、岐阜県警や名古屋入管から参加の方もありました。
また、中津川市、多治見市、岐阜県庁、東京の方はオンラインでの参加でした。ご出席頂いた皆さん、ありがとうございました。

The third meeting of the 2024 Headquarters Executive Committee was held at 1 pm on 11 December. The venue was different from usual, being at the Ena City Fire and Disaster Prevention Centre. The meeting ended after about 30 minutes with a report on the trip to Poland.
From 2 pm, it was a debriefing session on the interview survey conducted under the Dormant Deposit Project.
There were participants not only from Ena City and the neighboring cities of Toki and Kani, but also from the Gifu Prefectural Police and the Nagoya Immigration Office.
In addition, participants from Nakatsugawa City, Tajimi City, Gifu Prefectural Government and Tokyo participated online. Thank you to everyone who attended.
