10月26日(土)午後1時30分から、市民講座「外国の食を通じて文化に触れよう」を開催しました。
恵那市内の小中学校でALT(英語指導助手)を務めるマテオ先生とアンドリュー先生二人を講師に迎え、11人の方と一緒にメキシコ料理の「ケサディーヤ」と「ワカモレ」を作りました。
参加してくださった皆さん、ありがとうございました。
今後も料理教室をやる予定ですので、お楽しみに♪
On Saturday 26 October, from 1:30pm, a citizens’ lecture entitled “Let’s experience culture through foreign food” was held.
Mateo and Andrew, that are ALTs of the elementary and Jr. high schools in Ena, were the lecturers, and together with 11 other people we cooked the Mexican dishes ‘Quesadillas’ and ‘Guacamole’.

We are planning to do more cooking classes in the future, so please look forward to them♪
